1. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery

• The diamond must be unused and in original condition

• Must include original certification (IGI/GIA) and packaging

• Customized or engraved stones are non-refundable

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
